Playoff Game 1

Home Up

Another game, another loss. I just don't know what more we as coaches or the kids could do this year. They certainly didn't deserve to lose every game. They played their hearts out, and it just wasn't meant to be.

Today's game was a good one. The first half was a physical back and forth contest, and the score was 7-7 when it was finished. For some reason we came back after halftime really flat, and let the green team take a big lead. We fought back, but it was a classic case of too little, too late. We hoisted up a three at the end to try to tie the game, but it was just a little off. The final result was a 25-22 loss, knocking us out of the playoffs and completing a winless season. Tyler was heartbroken once again, but I told him I was proud of him for hustling and not giving up. Just a reminder, Tyler is orange #8. Enjoy.

I also have to say "Thank You" to Tara one last time for taking pictures of the games for me (even though today's game was a little too intense for her to take many pictures).

Playoff Game 1

Tyler hustling back on defense.

Tyler lined up outside the three-point line, ready to rush in and get a rebound.
