On August 28th the league held their annual organized scrimmage. We played against 4 different teams, each getting 15 minutes of offense and 15 minutes of defense. There were good moments and bad moments for all of the players, but overall the coaches were pleased with the effort and results. Tyler made a particularly nice sack on the Kearsley quarterback, catching him from the blind side and knocking him out of the game. Although we don't want to see anyone get hurt, it was a clean play, and a great hit by Tyler (who has been hitting much harder in practice this year, similar to the strides that he made in basketball this past season).
