We arrived at our campsite sometime around 5:30pm on July 8th, and our first site while checking in was a deer wandering through an open area at the front of the campground (where is that damn camera when you need it?!?). We managed to locate our site easily enough, and with some help from Jeff get the camper situated amongst the trees with enough room for the slide to clear. After getting everything set up for the weekend, we finally managed to sit down for dinner (hot dogs and hamburgers) around 8:00pm. As the sky began to darken for the evening, Jeff prepared the campfire. It was then that the items for one of the kids favorites came out, s'mores. Here are a few pictures from then, mostly thanks to Tyler and his camera work.
