In an effort to get the kids away from the campsite, where preparations were underway for the family reunion later this afternoon, I offered to go on a bike ride with them. Tyler had been asking to go down "Lovers Lane" (that is what is was called when I was a kid, now there are tent campsites along the first half of the trail - boo!), so that is where we headed this morning. We ended up at the Downington Road stop on the "Tip of the Thumb Heritage Water Trail". The kids waded into the water (I hadn't planned on them swimming, so they were dressed for the day already) for a while before we headed back to the campsite.

In the afternoon we attended the Parrott Family reunion to see some relatives that we rarely see...

Parrott Reunion
	This would be grandchildren and spouses of the Wayne Parrott generation of Parrott's. Rodney & Tara are on the far right in this picture.
	This would be children and spouses of the Wayne Parrott generation of Parrott's. Sherry is on the far left, while Gary & Terry are the third and fourth in from the left. Steve is in the middle of the picture with Randy & Connie behind him, and Julie is standing second to the right.
	Steve got some attention from the ladies, just like he likes!
	And Tara gave him a little more than he expected!
