December 14th, 2013

Since my parents were planning on heading to Florida on the 18th (weather permitting), we decided that we would hold our family Christmas early this year. After some last minute planning snafus, we settled upon the morning on December 14th. We had the traditional Christmas dinner of Red Devil pizza and breadsticks before settling in to open presents. Tyler and Samantha each got to go shopping with Grandpa Gary & Grandma Terry this year, so not all of their presents are shown here. Tyler also got a pair of basketball shoes (split with his Grandparents and his parents) and Sam got the upper portion of her ear pierced. Drew also got a hockey goal so that he could practice his shooting skills at home (his team is required to take 100 shots per week). In addition, the gift that we had planned on giving Grandpa Gary & Grandma Terry didn't arrive in time, so when they come home they will be the proud recipients of two new "Bronchos" stadium seats!

Drew realized that there was some additional money tucked into the ornament box for him to spend.

Jayden was especially happy to see Olaf (from the movie "Frozen") in stuffed animal form!

Tyler was up next, and he got a basketball ornament for the Christmas tree.

Tyler also had a little spending money left over that he got to pocket.
