Hurricanes Game 1

Drew's hockey team kicked the day off with a 11:30am game against a team from Midland. Drew started things off the right way for his team, scoring an early goal to give his team the lead 1-0. Unfortunately the other team played a little better throughout the rest of the game, as the Hurricanes wound up falling by a score of 9-2. Although the score seems like a blowout, the team played much better than they did during last Fall's Halloween Spooktacular Jamboree in Orchard Lake.

Game 1 - vs. Midland Feeny
	Drew sitting on the bench with some of his teammates at the start of the game as one of the coaches leans in to give them some words of encouragement.
	Drew digging the puck out from between his skates.
	Drew skating down the ice, watching to see which way the puck is going to go.
	Drew firing off a shot on goal...
	...and watching as it squirts by the goaltender and into the net for his first goal of the jamboree!
	Drew skating down the ice to corral the puck.
	Drew passing the puck to a teammate.
	Drew chasing down the puck in front of the opposing net.
	On another play, Drew got in front of the defense...
	...wound up for a shot...
	...that just missed being a goal.
	Drew lined up to take a faceoff late in the game.
	Drew and his teammates in the handshake line to congratulate the Feeny team on a well played game.
