Scrimmage 2

Game two for Drew and his 2005 Lapeer Storm teammates was a rematch against yesterday's opponent, the 2005 Port Huron Flags. Today's game started out promising for the boys (and girl) in blue, as they managed to keep the game tied through the first period. The two teams took turns scoring goals, and Drew was on the ice for both of his teams goals but was on the bench when the opposition scored. The 2-2 score that the second period started with quickly disappeared, however, when the Flags went on a tear and scored 7 unanswered goals. The third period was scoreless, but mainly because they ran out of ice time and had to cut the game short. All was not lost - if they can continue on with the attitude that they carried through the first period they will be all right. They began to look defeated in the second, and that is certainly understandable. Next time boys! And girl!
