    Finally, tonight's game provided a glimmer of hope for the Impact team. After a string of defeats, they were finally able to hang on long enough to gut out a draw, this one by a 1-1 score. Like most of their games, there were chances to win it outright, but most of them came up wide of the net or just high. After suffering through so many losses, this tie seemed like a good way to wind out 2014 and bring them into 2015 with some thing to hang their hat on.
