Game 8

In a lot of ways, tonight's second game seemed a lot like the first, as things started off slowly before the action picked up. Once the Impact girls gained control of the ball in their half of the field, they found themselves with some good scoring opportunities. Samantha had a shot that sailed a little high, there were shots that went wide and others still that managed to find themselves right in the keepers sweet spot. Finally, as time was winding down, the Impact girls found the back of the net. For the second game in a row they had found themselves on the right end of a hard-fought 1-0 score!
