Game 1

Samantha and her Michigan Impact teammates kicked off their second indoor soccer session after having a couple of weeks off. The regular goalkeeper wasn't able to make it tonight, so Sam once again started in goal. She didn't face an onslaught of goals, but she managed to stop all of the shots that she did face while doing her part to keep her team in the game. Sam did manage to get some time on the field today as well, and she did her best to help her team get on the scoreboard. Unfortunately her best shot on goal missed the net, and none of her teammates were able to find the back of the net either. The game ended in a 0-0 tie, despite some valiant efforts on both sides to prevent that.
