December 14th, 2015
Today the girls traveled to Charlotte High School to
defend their position in the standings. Tonight happened to be Senior night for
Charlotte, which delayed the game action a bit. Venice managed to score twice in
the first half, with Samantha assisting on the second goal. With all the
festivities of senior night, the refs decided to cut the second half play from
the typical 40 minute half to 30 minutes. Venice managed to keep their opponent
out of the back of the net, sealing the win with another two goals in the second
half for a final score of 4-0.
