January 4th, 2015                    Drew missed a couple of games and a few practices while we
were away on vacation, but he came out strong in his first game back with the
team. He had several good shifts where it looked as though he hadn't missed a
beat before he started to show some signs of slowing down. He picked up a
penalty, which he typically does when he stops moving his feet and starts
reaching with his stick. He probably could have been called for another one
later in the game when he caught a kid with the butt-end of his stick. Although
it didn't appear to be too hard of a hit nor intentional, it was enough to bring
the kid to the ice. Unfortunately there isn't much else positive to say about
the game, as the team struggled all around to an 10-0 defeat in their final
regular season game of the year. Here's to the playoffs!
