    After today's game the coaches and players were much happier with the team's effort than after the previous two beatings that they took. Unfortunately Drew missed both of those games, so I couldn't help but notice his lack of conditioning after missing nearly two weeks due to illness and vacation. Early in the game the Storm was able to match the effort of the North Stars, answering goal for goal in the first two periods. A late goal by the Stars gave them a 3-2 lead heading into the third period. That was when things went south for the Storm, giving up two goals without being able to mount much of a comeback due to penalties leaving them shorthanded for a majority of their time on the ice. When it was all said and done, the Storm dropped yet another game, this time by a 5-2 score.
