January 14th, 2017              

After Drew's hockey game this afternoon we decided to head to Detroit to attend the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). In years past we have made the effort to be there as early in the day as possible in order to try to beat the crowds, but that wasn't going to be possible based on our schedule this year, so we fit it in when we could. This year it was just the family, minus Tyler who got stuck working this weekend. We went to the show, then headed off to Greektown for dinner, then back to the show to do some more browsing. While our dinner wait was longer than our lunch wait in the past, the auto show was much less crowded when we returned later in the evening, so that was a positive.
