This evening's contest marked game number two today, as Jayden and her Liverpool teammates travelled to Rochester Hills to take on the Michigan Lightning Blue team. The girls didn't seem to have their legs under them in the first half, as they would give up the half's only goal and would go into halftime down by a score of 1-0.

The second half got off to a better start, as Liverpool was able to know things up at 1-1. The Lightning girls answered back, retaking the lead before adding on their third goal of the game. Despite being down two goals the Liverpool squad didn't give up, and they kept plugging away. They would score once again to narrow the gap, and then they too would net their third goal of the game, knotting the score at 3-3. That would be the way the game would end, with the two teams earning a draw.
