My flight back from Denver to Tampa (with a layover in Atlanta) put me in a window seat - an emergency row seat on top of that! - meaning I could take some photos along the way...

While making my way through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport during my layover I came across this tunnel. After doing some research, if found out it is an are installation called 'Flight Paths'. It is an environmental installation conceived by artist Steve Waldeck. Designed to give travelers a sense of walking through a forest, Flight Path features a simulated tree canopy, bird sounds, and lighting. It occupies an entire 450-foot long underground tunnel between Concourses A and B at the world’s busiest airport.
