| I made a quick trip over to Disney's Hollywood Studios today,
with one purpose in mind - popcorn bucket and sipper! There was a
new BDX Droid Popcorn Bucket released recently, but we were blacked
out during it's release date. They also released a Grogu Jetpack
Sipper during that time period, so I wanted to see if they were
still available. Upon arriving at the park, I headed down
Hollywood Boulevard to the popcorn stand near the intersection with
Sunset Boulevard to see what was available. I didn't see any signage
for the special bucket, but I saw a single one hanging inside.
Usually plenty of the special buckets are visible, so I wasn't sure
what would be available. The first few people in line didn't order
the new bucket, so I thought I might get lucky, but then the couple
in front of me bought one. When I got to the window I ordered the
new bucket, and thankfully I managed to get one!
My next stop was at the ABC Commissary, where I had mobile
ordered the Grogu Jetpack Sipper. Once I picked up my order I found
a table outside to sit down at and enjoy my drink and popcorn.
My final stop today was at the newly reopened Animation
Courtyard, which I would have spent some time exploring had it not
been so crowded! I did stop at the food kiosk near the entrance to
the courtyard area to pick up another sipper, this time the Chip ‘n’
Dale Sipper! Although smaller than I expected, it is a cute addition
to the collection!
At this point I decided to head out, as the park was pretty
crowded overall. Although brief, it was a successful day for me! |
